During my recent stay, I appreciated the central location that allowed easy access to nearby attractions like the Museo de Arte Sacro and the Ayuntamiento. The room provided a nice view, making for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, the elevators were sometimes unresponsive, which was a bit unnerving. Overall, the convenience of being close to various sites was the highlight for me as I explored the city.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Real Rex, primarily due to its prime location beside the zocalo. The friendly staff promptly assisted with my luggage, and I appreciated the delightful lunch buffet at the attached restaurant.

The building's age is evident. the elevators are old and sometimes unresponsive, which can feel unsettling. My room had dusty carpets, compromising the cleanliness, and the walls are thin enough to hear conversations from other guests clearly. I also had an uncomfortable experience with the shower privacy issue. there are gaps in the walls where sound easily travels.

The hotel’s location is excellent, offering a beautiful view from the room. The staff displayed kindness and attentiveness, especially the man who helped with our luggage. However, the building is quite dated, and we experienced significant delays during check-in due to room allocation issues. we were given rooms that were already occupied. The elevator is old and cramped, and the furnishings feel outdated. While the cleanliness was commendable, the uncomfortable beds detracted from the overall experience.

We enjoyed the hotel's location right by the zocalo, making it easy to explore. The kids loved the TV in our Deluxe Queen Room that had tons of channels, and we appreciated the convenient restaurant offering great lunch buffets.

The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a private bathroom with a roll-in shower. The bed was okay, though the sheets were a bit stiff. The location gave us a nice view. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast too! Not bad for a night, especially with clean amenities and a nice staff.
